Donation Options

Engraved Brick

Cancer Care Services (CCS) relies on contributions from individuals, corporations, foundations and community organizations. CCS receives no government funds or insurance reimbursements. Only 20 percent of the budget is used for administration and fundraising. So, 80 cents of each dollar contributed helps cancer patients, survivors, their families and caregivers.

Everyone who makes a donation will receive a receipt in the form of a personal letter that includes the date and amount of the gift. All contributions are tax deductible. Our IRS Tax # is 75-1025511.

CCS has extensive systems in place to protect the privacy of our clients and donors. We will never share any information about you with another person, agency, institution or entity without your permission.

Memorials and Honorariums

Celebrate the life of someone special by making a donation in their memory or honor.

We will send a personalized acknowledgement card to the person of your choice. Please include the name and address of the person to whom you are paying tribute and/or the name and mailing address of the person who should receive acknowledgment of your gift. Also, include your mailing address so we can send you a receipt. We will take care of the rest.

Flexible Ways to Donate

Donate online over a secure connection. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express (minimum online gift of $25, please).

Donate Stock or Surface/Mineral Rights
Send a letter to your broker authorizing the transfer of a specific quantity of shares of corporate stock, bonds or mutual funds as a charitable donation from your account. For information about how to donate surface/mineral rights, call 817-921-0653.

Leave a Legacy
By making bequests and other “planned gifts,” you can continue to help cancer patients, survivors, their caregivers and families. Gifts large and small are important.

Charitable giving is not only for the wealthy! Depending on the current tax laws, leaving a gift to charity in your will may significantly reduce the estate tax burden on your heirs. For some people, a gift of property or life insurance affords a practical means of making a significant gift. Other planned gifts can provide you with an income stream during your life and still benefit Cancer Care Services.

Consult with a financial advisor or attorney to learn how giving may actually benefit your family after you’re gone. Your compassion for cancer patients can live on forever. To request more information or specialized language for a will or trust, call 817-921-0653.
