Since CCS relies on contributions for our operating expenses, we are grateful for any gift. Everyone who makes a donation will receive a receipt in the form of a personal letter that will acknowledge the date and amount of the gift. All contributions to CCS are tax deductible. 

Ways to donate:

1. Mail your check to Cancer Care Services, 623 S. Henderson, Fort Worth, TX 76104.
Download form or attach a note with the details about names and addresses of donors and acknowledgments for honor or memorial gifts.

2. Monthly Support.
If you would like to support Cancer Care Services monthly with a reoccurring gift from your checking account on your credit card, please call us at 817-921-0653.

3. Use your credit card to make a donation online.
On our donations page you can enter your personal information on a secure, encrypted web page.
You will be given the opportunity to specify a memorial or honorary gift. 

4. Planned Giving.
If you would like information about putting Cancer Care Services in your will, life insurance or estate plan or would like information about making a planned gift now that would give you current income please contact us at 817-921-0653.

 

If you are not comfortable using your credit card on the Internet, you may call our office at 817-921-0653 or toll free 800-789-9944 and give us your credit card information over the telephone. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. 

Only 13.5% of donations are used for administration and fundraising. In 2006, a full 86.5% of the donations we received went directly to our clients.

Memorials and Tributes
If you would like to give your gift in honor or in memory of someone who has had an influence on your life, CCS will send a personalized card to the person you wish to honor or to the survivor you specify for a memorial gift. Please include the name and address of the person to whom you are paying tribute and the name and complete mailing address of the person who should receive acknowledgment of your gift. Also include your mailing address so we can send you a receipt. We will take care of the rest!

Privacy
CCS has extensive systems in place to protect the privacy of our clients and our donors. We will never share any information about you with another person, agency, institution or entity without your express permission.
